It's officially summer!

The Minniss family is staying busy with sports. Nodi is playing summer basketball with the Colorado Springs School "Shockerz" - she had a great game over the weeked - she scored 3 points... she is quite the baller. Kiaa just celebrated her 9th birthday on the 11th (she is helping me with this post), if you forgot to call her... watch out! She has been going through my cell phone giving those people a nice reminder. Breezy will be playing soccer in a 3v3 tourney this weekend. Charles is coaching and playing football for a semi-pro football team - Colorado Havoc (look them up on-line). He is also busy with his high school football players, spending time in the weight room and at 7-on-7 tourneys. Charles and Nicole are playing in a softball league and if that isn't enough, Nicole is going to begin playing tennis - her first match is tonight. We have recently added 2 members to our family, 5-month-old chihuahua mixes, Charlie and Dilly. In February, we also added Samson, our 2-year-old great dane. We our enjoying spending quality family time together and have been enjoying the freedom of no longer caring for foster children. Pics to come later!
